Delivery

UK Mainland

We send most orders using courier service. There will need to be someone at the address to sign for your parcel or let us know if you want us to leave it with a neighbour. We may deliver at anytime between 8 am and 5:30 pm. When you reach the checkout there is an opportunity for you to give us extra information to help us deliver your parcel. For example if your house or flat is hard to find you can describe how to find it. You could also tell us a location where you would like us to leave your parcel if you are not available.

Very small packages (ie masks) are usually sent with UK Mail.

UK Non- Mainland

It is no problem for us to send cutouts to UK Non- Mainland but if it's a parcel we will have to send with our courier there is an extra charge due to the cost of the boat! Sometimes these deliveries take slightly longer so you might need to place your order sooner rather than later if you want your cutouts and masks for an event or contact admin@cardboardcutout.net for a quote.

Europe

We can send cutouts all across Europe. Simply select delivery country (this will default to UK) and the site will inform you of the charge for postage. Please be aware delivery times may be longer than stated. If you are unsure please phone us or contact admin@cardboardcutout.net for a quote.
