If we send you the wrong item, or the cut out is damaged, you will need to return the item and on receipt of the returned item we will issue a replacement/ refund. Please contact us before sending any returns.

If we have multiple
failed deliveries due to the customer not being available to sign for the item
we are charged by our carrier company. We will happily arrange another attempt,
but you will be charged again for postage and packaging.
Should you not be
available to take delivery of your goods on more than two occasions and then
decide you no longer want them, we will of course refund you to the value of
the goods, but not the post and packaging.
