It’s easy shopping with CARDBOARDCUTOUT.NET. We have purposefully kept the process as simple as possible. You can order any time you like, day or night. You add as many products to your ‘basket’ as you wish, taking items in and out of your basket until you’re happy and then checking out!

We’ll need your name and address, your payment details (which are taken over a secure server courtesy of HSBC Merchant Services) and where you want the cardboard cut out sent to. You can pay by card, cheque or postal order. We accept all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and all Visa debit cards.

We’ll also ask you to set yourself a password, so that next time you shop with us you can ‘jump the queue’ and save yourself filling out all that again! It also makes it easy for you to let us know if your details have changed, so don’t worry if you’ve moved house since last you shopped with us.

  Step by step.
 
  Find what you’re looking for – you can either go through what we sell using the ‘browse the site box’ which appears on every page, to the left, which allows you to explore the different categories of products we sell. Or, if you know the name of the character or cut out you’re looking for, just enter it in the search box and click ‘go.’ Click ‘add to basket,’ – this means that you are interested in the product. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean you’ve bought it. Just like in a supermarket, it’s just in your basket. You’ll automatically be sent to the checkout page when you click ‘add to basket’.
 
  The checkout page – to follow the supermarket example, you’re now in the checkout line to pay for what you’ve decided to buy. If you want to browse around some more or get more stuff, no problem, just click ‘continue shopping’. You’ll be sent back to the page you just left. At any time you can see what’s in your basket by checking the ‘shopping basket’ box on the left. The ‘order’ or ‘pre-order’ buttons – these may appear instead of the ‘add to basket’ button. This means that the product is either out of stock (in which case you can still order it and pay for it when it comes into stock again and ships out to you) or in the case of the pre-order button, it has yet to be released. More on orders and pre-orders later.
 
  Checking out – we take your details, you choose a password that you’ll remember to make it quicker next time you shop with us, and then choose how you want to pay, either by card or by cheque / postal order. There are simple on-screen instructions throughout the process.
 
  Paying by card – we accept all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and all Visa debit cards.
 
  Paying by cheque or postal order – simply follow the on-screen instructions to check out as you would if you were paying by card, but tick the ‘payment by Cheque/Postal Order’ option. However, please note we can only accept amounts in Pound Stirling. All cheques and postal orders must be made payable to CARDBOARDCUTOUT.NET. We can only accept cheques drawn on British banks, no goods can be sent until cheques have cleared – normally this takes seven to ten days from the point we receive a cheque. Please remember to put your name and address on the back of the cheque, along with your order number (this will be given to you during the order process) and the email address that you have used to register on CARDBOARDCUTOUT.NET. Delivery and postage and packaging rates– now all you have to do is look forward to your cardboard cut out arriving to take its pride of place! If a product is in stock when you order, we will normally be able to get it to you within five working days. Often it is much sooner than this. We sell desktop and life sized products. If you buy a mix you will only be charged for the life sized items. Below are the postage and packaging charges.
